2.2 Account Registration Process

Account registration requires the following steps:

1. Provide Accurate Information: During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete personal information including full legal name (as appears on your Indonesian national ID), date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address.
2. Create Secure Credentials: Choose a strong, unique password for your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account.
3. Complete KYC Verification: Within 72 hours of registration (or before your first withdrawal, whichever occurs first), you must complete KYC verification by uploading a clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national ID (KTP) and a recent selfie holding the ID. Additional documents may be requested at axl777's discretion.
4. One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted only one Account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will be closed, and funds may be forfeited. If you forget your login credentials, use the password recovery function rather than creating a new Account.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The following deposit policies apply:

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 50,000 per transaction (may vary by payment method).
• Maximum Deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for most methods. VIP members may have higher limits.
• Processing Time: Deposits via Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically processed instantly during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB; Saturday 08:00-13:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours will be credited on the next business day.

3.3 Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed or not credited to your Account, contact customer support within 48 hours of the transaction with proof of payment (bank transfer receipt, e-wallet transaction ID). axl777 is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the User's bank or payment provider.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your Account must be fully verified via the KYC process. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is completed.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, registered in your name. This is a regulatory requirement to prevent money laundering.

4.4 Withdrawal Denials and Investigations

axl777 reserves the right to delay or deny withdrawals if:

• The Account is under investigation for collusion, match-fixing, or other prohibited activities.
• KYC documents are incomplete, expired, or inconsistent with Account information.

Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings, Account suspension, and possible legal action.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded unless a technical error is proven and verified by axl777.
